These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Founders Circle website, member portal, marketplace, programmes, events, community features and related services.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By creating an account, joining a membership class, making a payment or using any Founders Circle service, you agree to these Terms of Use and any policies referenced on the platform.

2. MEMBERSHIP
The Community is the free entry-level membership. Other membership classes may require membership fees, card fees, subscriptions, eligibility checks or Admin approval. Membership benefits, pricing, duration and renewal terms may be updated by Founders Circle through the Admin system.

3. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY
Members must provide accurate information and keep login credentials secure.

4. SPONSOR INFORMATION
Where Sponsor details are requested, the platform may allow or require a valid Sponsor ID depending on the current Admin configuration. Sponsor relationships must not be manipulated, duplicated or falsified.

5. PAYMENTS
Paid membership, subscriptions, marketplace transactions and other charges must be completed using payment options enabled by Founders Circle. A payment is considered successful only after platform verification.

6. MARKETPLACE
Marketplace transactions may use wallet and escrow protection. Buyers and sellers must provide accurate information and cooperate with dispute resolution.

7. PROGRAMMES AND EVENTS
Access may depend on membership class, registration status, payment status or eligibility rules. Private meeting credentials must not be shared.

8. COMMUNITY CONDUCT
Fraud, harassment, impersonation, unlawful activity, spam and deliberate misinformation are prohibited.

9. CONTENT
Members remain responsible for content they submit and grant the platform permission to display it as necessary to provide the service.

10. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
Accounts may be restricted, suspended or terminated for fraud, abuse, policy violation or unlawful activity.

11. LIMITATION
Founders Circle does not guarantee business success, investment returns, supplier performance or third-party outcomes.

12. CHANGES
These Terms may be updated from time to time.
